2000
Edu Loan opens its doors, providing financial assistance to support students in the education sector.
2008
Letshego Africa Holdings Limited acquires 100% investment in Edu Loans and introduces the Letshego brand to the Namibian market.
2011
Letshego doubles its customer base since LMFSN acquisition (220%).
2014
Letshego Bank Namibia is granted a provisional banking licence by the Bank of Namibia.
2016
LBN is granted a full banking licence by the Bank of Namibia.
2017
Letshego Namibia is listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX).
2020
Letshego accelerates its digitalisation journey, and WebForm applications become the de facto standard.
2021
Launched the LetsGo Digital Mall. Letshego secures USD50 million from the IFC to develop the first Affordable Housing offering.
2024
Successfully issued an inaugural social bond listing of N$260 million. Dr. Ester Kali recognised as Banking CEO of the Year Namibia 2024.
