Kingsley Guiseb Starts Executive Role as Head of People & Culture at Letshego Bank

Letshego Bank is pleased to announce the appointment and approval of Kingsley Guiseb as the Head of People & Culture, effective 1 December 2023.  With over two decades of diverse professional experience spanning various sectors across Southern Africa, Guiseb is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) Executive poised to provide a transformative talent management strategy to Letshego.

His expertise is backed by a Master's Degree in Business Leadership (MBL) focused on Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA).  Guiseb further has a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Human Resources Management from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).  His academic pursuits include a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (labour law) from the University of Namibia.  He is certified as a Balance Scorecard Professional and accredited as a Master Human Resources Practitioner (MHRP).  These qualifications make him a leader with a comprehensive understanding of the intricate balance between strategic HR management and organisational performance.
